Hey Bob,

I've been wanting to ask this question for the longest of times but no one seems to know the answer on RB so here it goes for an answer on SI !

CWRC has filed with the SEC. They are required to disclose all beneficial owners that have more than 5% of the company's o/s that presently stands at around 60million (as per today's SC 13G filing). There have been claims that HOPR owns more than 8 million shares but I find that a little unbelievable considering the filings... It can only be that HOPR owns less than 3 million shares (which represents 5%).

I called William Patrowicz a little while back and he claims there is no relation between the companies. He didn't seem willing to discuss that part of the equation, so I let go...

So my question is as follows:
Does anyone know or can anyone find out if HOPR is in anyway related to CWRC ? If so, in which way and how many shares, if any, do they own...

The stock price does look mighty interesting but I will not bite just for the heck of it, at least not for now!

Cheers,
CK.
