You got a better chance of getting bit by a shark in your bath tub the getting any help from the SEC or any other government agency.

There is a little company called Eco2 on this tread that has taken the shares price down to $.37 from $5.00. Told nothing but lies, issued false press releses and increased his salary to $300,000, his wives salary and his son in laws' salay, bought bankrupt jet ski company and
stregthed the true on the purchase of stock. The story gets better.

The CEO resigns and gives the company to someone with a letter of credit to build gambling ships. Then turn the new president gives the old CEO back his recycling plant and untold amount of money and stock
for being such a nice guy.

Hydron Technologies a prince compared to this people at ECO2. An you think you are going to get some results by getting the SEC involved.

Good Luck

George
