As I understand it , Philips Electronics decreased funding because of small (disappoining) sales for their csr transcriper .. (I guess because of a too limited and very specific vocab ?)

I think LHSPF has overcome that problem a long time ago .. I read some information regarding this topic on their website lhs.com .. (sorry , I cannot recall the specific htm file .. maybe you could try searching for 'noise' or something ..)
