AL; I personally believe that GTE should be worth more then $55 - $60. But all I did was relay what I heard from a source who should know. I don't see any way for me to evaluate what their businesses are worth, since I don't have all the details available to me. Don't forget, $60 is a nice 33% premium for a growth utility, albeit one in a very competitive business. Mark
