There seems to be a lot of talk of abortion and funding or lack of it for poor people here. On a related topic, I have a question. Can these agencies that can't promote abortion any more on US money provide sterilization services for women who absolutely want no more babies and still get U.S. dollars? How about saying we'll pay for this abortion, but you have to agree to get sterilized too. Pros and cons of that kind of policy? Any takers?
