yesterday it was 11%...10% the day before, 11% the day before that...we had now altogether 8 trading days with the main ratio hovering between 10-12% bears, and the longer the stretch, the bigger the sell-off following it as a rule.
there are separate ratios tracking S&P oriented funds, but basically they behave pretty much in unison anyway, and well over 70% of the bull assets are in tech (90% at the March high, 20% at the '98 low, those are the boundaries...).
