It seems like Russian Roulette. For about the last month I have usually been receiving very much improved service. But on about 3 days during this time it was terrible. I have no idea how they managed to provide the improvements so suddenly and I also have no idea why they can provide it almost all the time but not quite all the time.

But, overall, I have never been this happy with TDW.
