Mr. Ismael Radi Reports
Thermo Tech Technologies has made following changes to its officers and directors.
Ismail Radi, Charles Miller, Prof. Zulkiflee Bin Yusof and Lailah Sulaiman have been appointed to the company's board of directors, effective immediately.
Ed Kroeker, William Bell, Derl Donnell and Angelo Paletta have resigned.
Mr. Radi was appointed director, chairman and chief executive officer. As the founder of Delta group of companies based in the United Arab Emirates, Mr. Radi has established and operated successful businesses in more than 82 countries worldwide.
These successes have been realized in a diverse range of industry sectors including steel mills, paper mills, pipelines, power plants, catering, shipping and agriculture.
After approximately 30 years of successful business and trading in countries spanning from the United States to Russia and throughout Europe to Australia, Mr. Radi will now focus on the advancement of Thermo Tech to become the world leader in the environmental sector.
Mr. Miller was appointed a director and president. The Delta group recruited Mr. Miller from the offshore reclamation industry and called upon his expertise to enhance the group's development in power plant procurement and relocation programs worldwide. His initial appointment was as project development director.
In the mid-1990's, Mr. Miller was instrumental in setting up Canal Emirate in Malaysia, subsidiary of Delta Group. Canal Emirate was quickly responsible for the relocation of 14 turbine power plants from Malaysia, to new owners around the world.
More recently, Mr. Miller was appointed as chief executive officer of Firmaplus, to strengthen the company's activities in a diverse field of operations. He saw the enormous need for sound solutions and the equally large business opportunity in the palm oil waste industry. It was his global search for an environmentally sound business-based answer that brought him to the Thermo Master system.
Bin Yusof was appointed as a director. A professor at UITM in Malaysia, Bin Yusof was instrumental in the early stages of research in the palm oil industry waste treatment with Firmaplus and assisted with their due diligence process in identifying the Thermo Master process as the system of choice.
His close relationship with the university enabled Firmaplus to arrange for research facilities to be set up to further investigate the potentials of both raw materials and technology.
As a member of the board, Bin Yusof creates a critical linkage between the expertise and technological know-how that has been instrumental in developing the Thermo Master system, and the specific needs and opportunities within the palm oil industry.
Malaysia is the world's leading producer of palm oil and leads the world in technological developments related to growing, handling, processing and application of palm products.
Ms. Sulaiman was appointed as a director.
Ms. Sulaiman collaborated closely with Mr. Miller and was instrumental in the establishment of Canal Emirate in Malaysia. She is the company's executive director and head of its legal counsel. Ms. Sulaiman obtained her legal training in the United Kingdom.
Since then she has used her formal training and her knowledge of business organization to fashion a career spanning approximately 20 years in the Malaysian business community. Ms. Sulaiman is delighted to join the board of Thermo Tech, and to assist the company to rapidly establish its presence in the global market.
Mr. Radi stated: "I want to stress to shareholders the importance of the Firmaplus acquisition. The company has gone instantly from being the owner and licenser of technology to an integrated multinational operating business with revenue flow of over $200-million (U.S.). We are ready to focus attention on the Thermo Master technology and to use the strengths of Firmaplus to establish new plants throughout Asia and around the world."
