A filibuster would be nice. It would not only make a statement about Ashcroft but would delay any other actions and laws until they have been researched a bit better. The Democrats should filibuster for the entire 180 days that Bush claims he needs to figure out where all the bathrooms are in the White House. He may come back with a little humility, after all he has lots to be humble about.
