I mind if it comes with a dose of religion- because that, imo, violates the constitution. Government money should not be intermingled with the money in the coffers of religious institutions. I don't care WHAT the practical results are. The long term consequences of such intermingling are too horrible to contemplate. This is the camels nose- and the rest of the camel is religion forced down the throats of people who are NOT needy.
