out of the same options again and again. Do any of you do this?"

I agree. I like to play options on 1 stock moving up and down. When you really focus on the charts on that stock, it helps develop a feel for market psychology. It's also easier to stay on top of news on just one company, especially if you find (or start) a thread on it.
