Jim Fair, a NVLS employee gave testimony
in the $50,000,000.00 class-action lawsuit against VSEA, Susan B. Felch, and all other defendants - a verified lawsuit filed late last year in the Santa Clara County Superior Court that seeks punitive damages for weeks of invasive secret bathroom videotaping. Mr. Fair's first day of deposition was video taped and lasted all day Monday the 29th and will continue to another day yet to be determined. Mr. Fair was sequentially questioned by two different attorneys while represented by just one Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe lawyer. A number of the Varian bathroom taping victims were in attendance and taking notes throughout Mr. Fair's deposition.
