As far as some of us conservative types are concerned it was never "in", even when he used it to hype the rfm in 1999. That faulty construct cost his faithful followers much of the profits they had made from gorilla gaming, and tarnished his reputation. Isn't it amazing what an author will do just to sell a few million books <lol>?
