Everyone is expecting a 50 point rate decrease.....It is pretty clear that stocks are going down if it is 25 basis points, but it seems less clear the market will move up if it gets what it expects...it is a discounting vehicle. So, maybe the odds favour a short term short of the market?........Would anyone take bets on such speculation. Robert
