an interesting idea that was just on cnbc..... put meters on homes were it's easier to tell how much money you are saving when people are conserving energy. the Natural Gas exploration situation and building pipelines from Alaska etc will take time. Hard to believe what a mess the Ca. utility situation is. -ng-
