I think recent acctg rules have changed that requirement... What are the changes? (Acct. 101, continued. :)) Last night I was comparing NUFO and LMNE and "goodwill" was one area that stood out. Other differences: NUFO's cash is at $485M and LMNE's at 132M. Gross margins are stronger, as well. I'm extra sensitive to quality of earnings after reading TERN's reports for a couple years. Pat
