Rational expectation for API is 3 3/8. After that it gets dicey. Higher than 3 3/8 and it approaches the top of the previous reference high so would be near the top of a possible MIM and therefore no longer a buy.
Right now it's in the middle of things so it's at least a hold using proper uptrending stops.
