You're reading it right IMO. If the sword of Damocles is hanging over your head by a thread it's no use waiting till the thread frays before you recognise you're in trouble. Iguess having a job with the "NEW" ICGE is better than being an ex (soon to be unemployed) CEO of a troubled company. That used to be a well developed takeover technique many years ago. As I've said several times the key to the future lies in how well ICGE is going to do. They're already in control. Cheers John
