Whether or not Russell and PA own as many shares as you say, doesn't come into play here..IMHO

Once GNET was gobbled up and spit out by INSP, Russell's reason for continuing on with INSP was no longer there. He found he couldn't work with Jain, and walked away. I certainly can't fault him for that one. For Russell to continue fighting for something that is gone, wouldn't be prudent...
