Lackluster action today leads me to believe that 1/2 pointer may be factored in and although we may get a spike at 2:15 when announced, market will only move higher if we get 3/4. Given that the next fed meeting is sometime in early march, perhaps he should go for the big hit today rather than either wait until march or intervene in the interim period which is rare and already done.
