we may get a spike at 2:15 when announced, market will only move higher if we get 3/4...perhaps he should go for the big hit today rather than either wait until march or intervene in the interim period which is rare and already done.

No, I must counsel Patience. I realize 100 basis points in a month is not very much, but you must remember there is Wisdom in Doing A Little At A Time.
