You want people to get creative, cut their budget in half. I guarantee you they'll find the money they need to do the thinks they really want to do then. Instead, we automatically increase budgets 10% a year and they just throw it away.

It's just beyond me, how anyone, when confronted with this vast ineptitude, can advocate giving them a vast new health care responsibility. I guarantee you in 10 years after its establishment, the Federal Health Care Administration will be wasting $100S of Trllions and demanding $1000s of trillions to fix the mess. I can write the headlines right now.
