John, walter is a stock manipulator of the worst kind. There has been legal action against bulletin board stock trashers in the past and I suspect that more is coming. Experimental evidence suggests that walter is responsible for the stock decline. Posting "fire in the theater" statements without reason is manipulation. The SEC is looking very hard at getting into regulating internet stock activity. walter's posts just gives them ammunition. Even if the company doesn't take legal action against walter, I suspect that the SEC will want to ask him some questions at the least. Too bad manipulative posters bring regulation, but I expect a formal "code of conduct" in discussing stock information on the internet coming. They will hang guys like walter just to achieve their desire to control. Even if walter is just a kid playing on the thread, he could be used as an example of internet manipulation. Poor, poor walter.
