"Yes, it is really you who is a hypocrite, by your own definition."

Only if you assume that I back the actions you detail. Not a valid assumption. As far as localities forced to use Union Rates, haven't heard anything about that, I have a low opinion about unions. Maybe I'll tell you about the OCAW sometime. Of course, I dunno if we have union rates around here, Texas is a right to work state and unions are scarce except for the chemical plants. If you want to argue about the PC movement, feel free. Where you got the idea I support it, is beyond me also.

"Not spending money for something optional is never unconstitutional."

Not sure why you thought I said this, or implied this. The spending of money to support religion has been held to be un-Constitutional if done by a governmental entity. Or did I miss something? I just mentioned that it was hypocritical to stop funding organizations that promote abortion even if the government money is not used for that activity and to use that as their sole criteria. Yet they clearly feel it is ok to fund a faith-based organization as long as the government money is not used to promote religion. If they used the same criteria, then the same rule should apply. But it doesn't. That is hypocrisy.

As far as Clinton's pardons, well I don't care for such things at all. A tax cheat is a tax cheat, regardless of how much money he has.
