The New York interactive television technology firm announced the formation of a strategic alliance with Aerocast, a provider of streaming media services that's backed by Motorola (MOT: news, msgs) and Liberty Media (LMG.A: news, msgs) . The companies plans to combine their respective technologies to focus on delivering entertainment-quality streaming video to broadband customers in the U.S. during the trial deployment of Aerocast's services. Financial terms weren't disclosed.
