Debra, I think the two, Packard Bell/NEC and Amati/NEC, are unrelated. NEC is huge and I think these are two different efforts in two different lines of business. I do think the NEC/Amati deal will lead to higher prices as people learn about it, and about the efforts in VDSL, which is what the NEC chips will be. These are supposed to be much more significant than the MOT chips. This is all based on what I read on AMTX folder in Fools and press releases, not personal knowledge. Dick
