That happened here in Danbury, Ct.. It was 2 brothers.. They needed 4x4's. The one's on the floor weren't good enough I guess.. One of them climbs up on the stack in the second tier and cuts the metal strapping off the bundle.. The other one is stand right under it.. The bundle was unstable and just tumbles down on top of him.

I know HD settled.. But who's fault is it really?<gg>
