Dipy,

I do not own any energy stocks at the moment. I was in there buying with both hands when oil was at $10 per barrel and I have sold all. Same with Coal. I like to buy when things are so depressed that no one wants anything to do with the stocks.

I would agree with small cap value stocks if you can find any with no debt and long term staying power. Then I would split my money to be able to average down.

I believe the pharmaceuticals are over priced at the moment. KO's price is out to lunch. I do think bio techs have a future if you have a long term time horizon. I have put my daughter in this space, but she has a 20 years before she retires. I suspect this group will be cheaper during the next couple years, since they have had one heck of a run this year. I agree that tech stocks are still over priced and if you are going to play in that space you need to be nimble, since technology products become a commodity overnight.

Joan
