E! I'd consider it an honor and a priviledge to pay for California's electricity and let them keep an average electric bill of $54 (which, I understand is the current average per customer for the state). <g?> In fact, I expect to be as pleased as the citizens of Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Nevada, all of whom appear ready to do battle for the honor of devastating their own state industries in order to insure a goodly supply of cheap power for their California friends.<G?> Hey, on another subject, I think I could stand a "boring" market for a little while --- that "exciting" market of last year didn't seem to be all that great for my mental attitude... :-) tso
