Pierre:

But Qualcomm was also a partner.. Yet it sold chips, infrastructure equipment, and phones that helped the expansive build-out of the terrestrial wireless networks which helped negate the need for MSS voice services!! Where as LOR has just "agreed" to provide services to a company that PLANS to offer a competing service against a company and service type that is similar to one of Globalstar's PLANNED customers..

Seems like Qualcomm was a bigger culprit than was Loral.. After all, Loral almost went Bankrupt, trying to keep the project going!! Did Qualcomm take it's business, and it's shareholders to this level of commitment?
