Pierre: But Qualcomm was also a partner.. Yet it sold chips, infrastructure equipment, and phones that helped the expansive build-out of the terrestrial wireless networks which helped negate the need for MSS voice services!! Where as LOR has just "agreed" to provide services to a company that PLANS to offer a competing service against a company and service type that is similar to one of Globalstar's PLANNED customers.. Seems like Qualcomm was a bigger culprit than was Loral.. After all, Loral almost went Bankrupt, trying to keep the project going!! Did Qualcomm take it's business, and it's shareholders to this level of commitment? PCSTEL
