It sounds like Kevin's problem with the alerts is a complication on what we've already discussed -- i.e. the zeros displayed when the market isn't trading. That in turn triggers his downside alerts, as the program assumes the stock's value is now zero. If you solve the one, that will probably take care of the other as well.
