No recount Jozef.. just wish when something was and is written down that procedure gets followed.. which wasnt here.. Mani completely sidestepped my pointing out that he sideswiped the rules base.. and even when admitting he didnt follow them.. he still wont accept two wrongs dont make a right.. When the cops arrest or charge someone.. it doesnt matter if the suspect is as guilty as sin.. if you dont follow the Miranda procedure, he gets let go.. simple as that. IMHO, Mani has violated the Miranda rights of Richard and the rules of this board.. doesnt matter if the suspenson was warranted or not.. procedure wasnt followed and he should be reinstated. But its easy to ignore rules when they get in the way of wanting to do something
