The rate cut is a temporary fix but will not solve the problem. Velo, Have followed your posts and admire your very accurate calls. However might I remind you it was the rate increases, intended to slow the econony, that put us where we are. So it's hard to imagine the cuts won't reverse it. Granted there are energy problems, and that contributed to the slowdown. They can only be solved by environmentalists coming to terms with reality. California is so busy purifying their environment, they refused to build any power plants, their bad... Fred
