The Company has everything to gain but it will be several months before the stock really moves. If you look at their last balance sheet, it is very financially sound as they have close to $20 million in cash and cash equivalents to expand their organization from around 73 centers to 250 centers. The biggest delays that I have found is that many signed contracts may take up to a year before they become active. In other words, insurance companies who enter the Medicare business for the first time have to apply with HCFA which is the administration agency for Medicare. As Medicare has suffered numerous problems with fraud, they will take as much as a year before they will approve a company to enter into the Medicare business. That is why Hearx has not reflected the revenues from these contracts. Look towards the end of the year before this Company starts to take off. It is still a good opportunity to buy more at this price as again their financials, long term strategy will make this stock value increase.
