TAIPEI (Dow Jones)--Shares of dynamic random access memory chip maker Mosel Vitelic Inc. (Q.MVT) are up NT$0.80 (US$1=NT$32.388), or 3.3%, to NT$24.80 on volume of 62.2 million shares at 0228 GMT (9:28 p.m. EST Wednesday) as DRAM prices have stabilized, said analysts. |
