Usted puede, pongase los pantalones y cambie al Uruguay. Evite la masiva fuga de joves (y viejos) al Exterior. Los uruguayos (la mayoria) queremos retornar. Necesitamos trabajos, viviendas, apoyo. Necesitamos de usted señor Presidente. Podemos aportar capitales, conocimientos, experiencias de muchos años de vivir en el Extranjero. En paises totalmente desarroyados.
