Well Alan and company made nice nice yesterday..we sure needed this cut big time...and there are more on the way...we are currently overbought here, on the DOW and SOX...while we may try to move lower for 1-2 days or so..the downside should be a normal pullback in the scheme of things..
We had an immediate reaction off the 3/1 c-band on the SPX almost exactly at 1383.00...look for either 39 or 49 points of a pullback toward 1350ish...we'll get the fibo retraces from the room today....if we rally up and over 1383 look for the 4/1 band at 1419/1420 ish for another harder reaction...
DOW at 10,750 is a 3 box reversal down..might go to 10,600--10,650...the BSL line..for support...11,000 is hard R...a triple top...
NAZ at 2850 is at the brl line and a double top...2700 is the 3 box reversal down...2650 the sell signal ...
SOX very powerful chart and index...rallied up to 760 as i predicted after taking out 735...680/700 is now hard support..it should pull back there if we sell the news...i did say however if the market does not want to correct right here..the SOX could run to 795...
