Agree that PCG and EIX DEFINITELY deserve a large part of the blame in this mess. They are no less guilty than anyone else in this mess and the managements should probably be completely replaced. There appear to be no "innocents" in this mess. Even the public has a large share of the blame for blissfully ignoring the warning signs and stage alerts until they lost power.
