CFLO warns: CacheFlow slumps in pre-opening trade with outlook NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares in CacheFlow Inc. (CFLO.O) slumped in pre-opening trading on Thursday after the Web site service provider said its fiscal third-quarter revenues would fall short of forecasts. The stock was down at $12-3/4 from an $18 close. The shares were among the most active in pre-opening Nasdaq trading. CacheFlow, which provides services to improve Web site performance, said its third-quarter revenue would not meet expectations as customers delayed spending in a weakening economy. The Sunnyvale, Calif., company said it would take steps to control costs, including "aggressively managing headcount."
