Earnings were way up, but the share price moved down. I believe the weakness of the semi sector held CHPS's price dowm. What else could be the reason? CHPS earnings beat all steet estimates. Latley all the news relating to CHPS has been very positive. So what is the problem? I feel the answer is in it's sector.
