All numbers in the prospectus should be shown as split-adjusted, but I am going to go back to AGIX to double check my assumptions. Certainly some companies report each paragraph in a 200 page document differently, as either pre-and/or post-split, and thereby scream the truth to an empty theater. But in this case I never noticed talk of a split. I'll be back.
