To Dean and All: OVIS recently reported annualized (3 qtrs actual) EPS
of 12 cents. This should equate to $1.20 stock value at a very, very
low PE of 10. How come the stock is at 4 times earnings (i.e. 42 cents
per share)? The market must think the future is bleak? Your thoughts
appreciated - silly me just bought in again at 42 cents.
