Uh.... I think we've now degraded to discussing the exceptions and not the rule.

The bottom line here folks is that stockholders and option grantee's benefit together... it's not a zero sum gain. The position taken earlier that shareholders lose if option grantee's win is flawed at best. If the stock goes down no one wins. It's really simple.

Yes, we can discuss exceptions, we can discuss compensation of the top execs, we can discuss how they manage their personal cash flow in times of decline but the bottom line is that we all benefit together.... the shareholders and the employees.
