David, Regarding requesting your shares at this time: Someone I know (I won't mention any names) recently requested certs in a similar situation only to discover that the company was a scam. Immediately after the request was made, the transfer agent quit, the certs went to the company offices, the company was busted, the stock dumped, and this person couldn't get out AND has never received the certs. A certain state government is now liquidating the company and doesn't return calls/mail/Email from this investor. If you think it's a scam, perhaps you should SERIOUSLY consideration all of your options: selling and waiting among them. I wish you success, Bond
