You make a good point about the thread.

However, you/he are/is saying that the consumer is preoccupied with the tech market. Anything else they look at, for the most part, has been going sideways for some time. No, I do not think this is about the consumer. Your point is still valid, but this is not about the consumer, it's about keeping the credit web from disintegrating.
