Thanks for those links, Lind Lady. Just a comment though, on the opener:

"Imagine speeding down the highway at 100 km/h and downloading last minute changes to the presentation you're on your way to give."

If that doesn't epitomize the neurotic state of affairs that some have come to experience, then I don't know what does. In some neighborhoods one can get pulled over to the curb simply for having a headset on.
