I regret to say,I have come to the same conclusion as you. I am grateful I wrote the $20 calls to help dull the pain, and I look forward to the day that I am no longer a Mitel shareholder.

The decision to sell BCS at the bottom of the market with no credible plan for the use of sale proceeds is unfathomable to me (pay down debt....oh please shoot me. That is code for we have no confidence in our business and we think our best investment is buying bonds). This has permanently clouded my opinion of management.

I know that my prior belief in management has never been shared by the street. If the last believers like me have thrown in the towel, I have a tough time believing the stock will have much of an enthusiastic audience for a long time. I look for a discount multiple to be applied for a long long time. Sell into rallies.

Over and out.
