If he picks Manhattan, it doesn't have to be on 56th floor of a luxury building, and if it is Manhattan, it should have Manhattan size square footage that's on par with how people in Manhattan use offices.

Are you talking back offices or corporate offices? The square footage numbers for usage you are bandying about are not for corporate offices. He is not setting up an insurance or banking back office with rows of cubicles for people stationed at computer terminals. He is setting up a corporate space as is befitting an ex president.

And frankly, he's worth it after all the $$$ he saved this country by cutting the budget deficits.

BTW this has become very petty......but you will hear from me in 4 years when GWB rents the most expensive space in Austin. ;~))
