Life is too short not to win every single time!

Using that criterion, you should have been dead long ago.

The beauty of a SLAPP is the moment one fights back you win and the fascist SLAPPer loses.

Wrong! No one wins. But in your case it's worse because it's you against a corporation. So you lose doubly. Do you think the shareholders of VSEA care one whit about your puny little I'm-a-real-man-and-I'm-going-to-save-the-world lawsuit? I'm using a trailing stop on my VSEA holdings. Now, that's a can't-lose proposition.

Because my worst possible outcome is a loss of money, and money is far, far, far less important to me than freedom.

Great. A moron, I mean, a man of principle. Let me know how free you feel when go broke.

And of course, I am far too smart and honest to break any law.

A legend in his own mind.

So the outcome is a foregone conclusion - I happily win.

Really? Then why are you desperately posting all over the place?

I happily win. Besides, I really do enjoy the fight! If you could have only seen Richard 'Dick' Aurelio's face that day in court!

Yeah, I've already figured out that you take great pleasure in others' suffering. Live by the sword . . . .
