The Infineon trial in Virginia is 3/13, it's a jury trial expected to last 2 weeks or so; the decision comes essentially immediately at the close. So, bottom line, in the second half of March we are likely to get three verdicts. Then there is one trial in Italy in April, and two in May in Germany and the US (apparently). The legal situation is going to be resolved in just a matter of 2-4 months. Don't forget, also, IDF at the end of this month (starts 2/26, I think). I have a feeling that Intel's positon vis-a-vis Rambus and RDRAM will be made a LOT more clear at that time.
